If something still goes wrong during installation, we'll help you quickly. And if your skin is damaged during installation, we'll be happy to send you a replacement.

    Simply send us a photo of the damaged skin.
  • Up to 2 replacement deliveries
    The installation guarantee can be used a maximum of twice per ordered skin.
  • No custom-printed skins
    Personalised skins are excluded from the installation guarantee.

What is a skin?

A skin is an ultra-precise film made for your device. It protects against scratches while barely changing its ergonomics. You can choose from a wide variety of designs.

Is the skin difficult to apply?

There's no need to worry about installation. Watch our installation video here. If you have any questions, our support team will be happy to help.

Can I use a case as well?

Our optional Split Case is designed to be combined with skins. We cannot guarantee the fit of other cases.

Can the skin be removed without residue?

Yes. Simply peel off the skin. In rare cases, a small amount of adhesive residue may remain, but it can easily be removed with a cleaning cloth.

How long does shipping take?

We usually ship in-stock orders on the same or next working day. We ship with Deutsche Post. Within Germany, your parcel generally arrives in about two working days.
