Our Installation Warranty

We are confident that you will easily manage the installation. We have instructions that explain the process in detail.

If you still experience problems during installation, just use the form at the bottom of this page and we will take care of your request as soon as possible.

If your vinyl breaks during installation, we will be happy to send you a replacement. Please note the following conditions to claim the installation warranty:

The request must be made within 30 days of delivery of the goods informally via our contact form or by e-mail to info@marmeladecat.com
You must be able to take a picture of the broken skin
The installation warranty can be claimed a maximum of two times per ordered skin
